What Insperience collects

During the beta, Insperience may collect the choices you make in the product, such as your intake answers, swipes, saved or chosen experiences, feedback, general Charlotte metro region selection, and basic session timing. If you choose to join the interest list, we also collect the email address you provide.

Location

If you allow browser location access, Insperience uses it to make nearby recommendations more relevant and to determine whether you are within the supported Charlotte metro beta area. In the current beta flow, your precise browser coordinates are used for recommendation logic and are not intentionally stored with your test session. A selected or derived Charlotte metro region may be stored with session data.

How the information is used

Information is used to produce recommendations, understand whether the product is useful, improve ranking and inventory quality, diagnose product issues, and—if you opt in by email—send occasional Insperience product or early-access updates.

Email signups

Joining the interest list is optional. Your email may be associated with the discovery session that led to the signup so Insperience can understand whether people who try the product want to hear more. Insperience does not sell your email address to advertisers.

Data storage and access

Beta data is stored using Insperience's application infrastructure, including Supabase. Access is limited to what is needed to operate and evaluate the product. The public app does not expose a public read interface for the email interest list.

Your choices

You can decline browser location access and manually browse the available Charlotte metro regions instead. You can also choose not to submit an email. If you want your beta email signup or associated data removed, contact Insperience through the contact method provided on the site or the message that brought you to the beta.

Beta changes

Insperience is still in beta, so the product and this notice may change as features such as accounts, social planning, booking, or broader geographic coverage are introduced. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
